Meet the team
Allison, Nurse Practitioner
Allison Talon brings over 20 years of experience to her role as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Trellis Health. Her expertise spans a wide range of care, including sports-related injuries, minor orthopedic procedures, preventive medicine, menopause, and chronic disease management.
Allison earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Simmons Graduate School of Health Studies and holds certifications in Sports Medicine, Adolescent Health, and Transgender Care from UMass Boston. Outside of work, she enjoys photography—capturing moments in sports, with pets, and at birthday parties. Her favorite seasonal coffees are an iced oat chai latte with sweet cream cold foam in summer and a hot vanilla latte in winter.
Tisa, Nurse Practitioner
Tisa Parsons, MSN, FNP, is a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of experience delivering thoughtful, whole-person care across conventional, integrative, and functional medicine. At Trellis Health, she supports members in managing chronic conditions and optimizing wellness, with a focus on women’s health, autoimmune conditions, and obesity medicine. Known for her calm presence and clinical depth, Tisa blends evidence-based practices with a compassionate, intuitive approach.
She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Simmons University and holds certifications in Holistic Health Coaching and Functional Medicine. Outside of work, Tisa enjoys hiking, tent camping, and spending time in her garden. Her ideal morning includes either bold black coffee or a cozy chai latte.
Keri, Physical Therapist
Keri Prince, Doctor of Physical Therapy, is a physical therapist specializing in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation. She empowers Trellis Health members to regain their active lifestyles through a holistic approach to musculoskeletal care. Fluent in Spanish, she embraces cultural competence, ensuring that all patients feel understood and supported.
Keri holds a doctor of physical therapy degree from Duke University School of Medicine and a BA in Global Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara. A former outdoor guide in Patagonia, Chile, Keri appreciates a good coffee—especially a cortado.
Marty, Senior Medical Director
Marty Wesolowski, DO, MBA is the Senior Medical Director at Trellis Health. As a family medicine physician, Marty believes in treating the whole person and knows the best care is delivered with a terrific team. He earned his medical degree at the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific, completed his residency at St. Anthony’s Hospitals in Denver, and received a Healthcare MBA from the University of Massachusetts. Since 2011, Marty has practiced primary care in Maine and led multiple clinical and operational teams. He is passionate about providing the community with access to excellent, affordable healthcare.
Outside of work, Marty and his wife, also a physician, enjoy Maine’s outdoor adventures year-round with their four children. He prefers to start his day with a run or trail ride, followed by a mug of dark roast.
Morgan, Mental Health Clinician
Morgan Konisky is a licensed clinical social worker with a deep commitment to holistic, patient-centered care. She believes physical, social, mental, and emotional health are all essential to a person’s well-being. Morgan offers Trellis Health members mental health therapy, connects them with community resources, and collaborates closely with the care team to ensure an integrated approach to health.
For nearly a decade, Morgan has supported individuals managing chronic illnesses, substance use disorders, adjustment issues, grief, anxiety, depression, and acute mental health challenges in settings including in hospice care, psychiatric hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and primary care clinics.
Morgan earned her BSW and MSW from Colorado State University. Running is her favorite, daily self-care practice. She’ll have a white chocolate mocha, thank you.
Evelyn, Pharmacist
Evelyn Olson, Doctor of Pharmacy, is a clinical pharmacist board certified in pharmacotherapy. Passionate about making healthcare more patient-centered, she leads Trellis Health initiatives that empower members to use medications safely and effectively—with a focus on balancing cost, accessibility, and the complexity of treatment regimens.
She holds a BS in Biological Sciences from the University of Alaska Anchorage, a Pharm.D. from the University of Arizona, and an MBA from the University of Alaska Fairbanks. A passionate cook, Evelyn has a love of most food—but don’t serve her black olives! Evelyn's beverage of choice is the Nushagak Fog, a lavender-infused twist on the classic London Fog, named after a river in her rural Alaskan hometown.
Tanja, Registered Nurse
Tanja Schoenbrod, BSN, RN, CNOR, is a registered nurse with extensive experience delivering patient-centered care, clinical excellence, and innovative process improvement for Mainers. At Trellis Health, she promotes optimal wellness by combining clinical expertise and patient advocacy, enhancing comprehensive care management of acute and chronic disease, and supporting members to achieve their health goals.
Tanja grew up in Arundel, Maine and earned her BS in nursing from the University of Southern Maine. Among many favorite activities, Tanja can often be found channeling her inner 12-year-old while sailing her Sunfish or savoring a hot latte with whole milk.
Jenelle, Lead Medical Assistant and Health Coach
Jenelle Wing is a nationally certified medical assistant who seamlessly balances clinical expertise, administrative efficiency, and empathetic leadership. She serves as a vital link between the Trellis Health care team and patients, ensuring all members feel listened to and comfortable as they receive high-quality care.
Jenelle grew up in Maine and earned her certificate in Medical Assisting from Kaplan University. In her free time, she makes park accurate Disney princess gowns and wigs—Rapunzel was her favorite—and attends comic conventions. Her beverage of choice is a dirty chai, extra hot with nutmeg.
Heather, Lead Medical Assistant and Health Coach
Heather Currier is a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant with more than 15 years of experience across urgent care, pediatrics, and specialty medicine. At Trellis Health, she serves as Lead Medical Assistant, helping ensure seamless clinical support and compassionate care for every member. Heather is known for her precision, steady leadership, and warm, patient-first approach.
Originally from Maine, Heather holds certification through the National Healthcareer Association and is trained in procedures, vaccinations, and patient education. She enjoys embroidery, digital art, and catching live music. Her go-to order? A hazelnut iced shaken espresso.
Saleema, Medical Assistant
Saleema Shir is a Medical Assistant at Trellis Health who brings clinical expertise, cultural sensitivity, and a strong service ethic to her role. She has worked in both domestic and international health settings, including with MaineHealth and clinics in Uganda and Senegal. At Trellis, she supports patients and providers with efficiency, empathy, and a deep commitment to accessible care.
Saleema is currently completing her B.S. in Human Biology with minors in Biochemistry and Honors at the University of Southern Maine. Outside the clinic, she enjoys community-centered movement and stays active with Pilates. Her go-to drink is a hot or iced caramel coffee with extra sugar and cream.
Christine, Member Services Representative
Christine Chase is a seasoned Business Administrator with three decades of combined administration. Prior to joining Trellis Health, Christine was part of York Hospital’s Care Access and Patient Registration teams in Southern Maine.
Christine holds an A.S. in Business Management, Certificate in Travel & Tourism and is a Registered Recovery Coach. Outside of work, she volunteers with various Mental Health organizations, along with centers that support and provide care for anyone affected by or struggling with substance misuse and addiction to assist in educating and exploring multiple pathways to recovery. She loves being outdoors, creating new adventures and starts every morning with a continuous flow of hot tea with just a splash of light milk!
Allison, Member Services Representative
Alison Cushing brings a warm, approachable energy to her role as Member Service Representative at Trellis Health. With experience in consultative sales, care coordination, and family medicine, Alison supports members with clarity and care at every step of their journey. She is passionate about helping people feel confident and cared for in a healthcare setting.
Alison holds a BS from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an Associate’s Degree from Southern Maine Community College. She’s also a certified interior designer and enjoys home renovation projects, decorating, and relaxing with a cozy latte and biscotti.
